Position Overview

We’re seeking an skilled Stock Management Officer who will be in charge of administrating the company’s rules and standardized processes to regulate and track PalmPay’s assets which includes properties, plants, vehicles and tools. Observes asset lifecycles, inventories, sites, and replacements, and sustains status and expenses.

Key Position duties

• Formulate an corporate philosophy for complete management and accounting of PalmPay’s assets. Organize methods and recordkeeping necessary for new asset purchase, disposal, replacement, and tracking of lost or stolen assets
• Carry out periodic audits, spot checks, and physical confirmation counting and guarantee adherence with asset rule regulations/legal provisions
• Oversee an active asset value reduction timetable to guarantee the asset’s recorded worth is constantly current and suitable taxes are submitted application and paid. Collaborate with vendors and cross-operational groups to preserve precise & finalize asset data
• Formulate and execute an resource control system, and verify that every assets are properly classified, categorized and documented in the SAP system
• Formulate and execute an yearly asset confirmation and audit strategy
• Coordinate with final users to guarantee authorizing (where necessary), standard procedure servicing & maintenance plans, and strategies are combined into SAP, and are being firmly was aligned with
• Coordinate with Line Managers to guarantee asset documented-offs are properly disposed of and effect remediated
• Track warranties on all PalmPay’s assets, making sure these are carried out accordingly and warehouse all other applicable items, which includes operating documented guides, spare keys, etc. offering entry as necessary
• Offer an asset utility documentation with strategic guidance for executive review on (remainder) asset life, servicing & maintenance and replacement expenses etc. Offer general guidance to PalmPay’s senior leaders on asset procuring and management
• Organize periodic asset status reports for executive review and the Executive guidance team

Credentials

Bsc in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or other associated fields A minimum of 2 years of expertise in stock and resource control for a financial institution/financial technology
