Role summary

A hotel club manager is accountable for managing the processes of the hotel’s club or social space (which may comprise of a nightclub, executive/VIP club, bar, or leisure club). Their main responsibility is to guarantee outstanding visitor experiences, optimized revenue, and preserve smooth daily processes while upholding the hotel’s corporate identity guidelines.

Primary duties

• Process management
• Oversee routine club initiatives which includes visitor entry, entertainment, bar, and service processes.
• Guarantee adherence with hotel guidelines, local legal provisions, and authorizing qualifications (alcohol, audio selections, safety).
• Supervise facility cleanliness, ambiance, and tools servicing & maintenance.
• Visitor Expertise & Service
• Ensure guests accept exceptional service and hospitality.
• Manage visitor matters, service issues, or VIP requests competently.
• Strategy and supply special events, theme nights, or entertainment programs.
• Employees Oversight & Development
• Hire, educate, and oversee club employees (bartenders, waiters, DJs, guard, hostesses, etc.).
• Timetable changes and track employee output.
• Motivate the team to supply quality visitor experiences.
• Sales & Income Production
• Formulate plans to draw in more guests and grow club income.
• Execute campaigns, commitment programs, and special proposals.
• Track routine sales, bar income, and cash managing.
• Promotion & Advancement
• Work alongside the hotel promotion team to advance events, parties, and VIP bundles.
• Use social platforms and digital channels to increase exposure and attract customer base.
• Foster connections with event planners, corporate customers, and influencers.
• Finance Management
• Organize financial plans, regulate expenditures, and oversee profit margins.
• Evaluate financial statements and modify plans to optimize returns.
• Ensure precise status updates of sales, inventory usage, and operating expenses.
• Guard & Adherence
• Preserve accident and threat control of guests and employees inside the club premises.
• Guarantee alignment to alcohol service legal provisions and safety rules.
• Collaborate with guard employees to oversee crowd regulate and prevent incidents

Qualifications

Applicants should have applicable credentials with 6 years applicable professional background.
