Duties

  • Ownership of the management accounts and routine Profit & Loss, preserving expense management.
  • In charge of the daily process of the F&B department especially in engagement to assisting the Corporate identity Expertise.
  • In charge of the guidelines of service fulfilled to the clients in the bars, dinning guest accommodations, buffets and all other F&B outlets by Food and beverage employees. Making sure the quality of solutions in accordance with the organization guidelines.
  • Make sure that all the Food and beverage zones are highly structured, and possess the resources to implement their obligations and preserve their zones and tools.
  • Make sure that the highest level of food hygiene is preserved throughout all F&B zones in adherence with HACCP legislation.
  • Manages the entire process of the storerooms as per organisation rules, which includes but not limited to rotation, project setup, allocation and financial recordkeeping.
  • In charge of the entire execution, implementation of all Food and beverage polices and standardized processes pertaining to employees, work documented guides, sanitation qualifications, expenses, quality, menus, groups and others as necessary.
  • Plays a main responsibility in the executive guidance sessions.
  • Directs, encourages and conceptualizes their team in line with the organization Values to maximise employee relation.

Role Qualifications

  • Teaching Credentials: Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in hotel management, Dining venue Management or other relevant field
  • A minimum of 1  - 5 years of expertise in an upper premium experience five star hotel.
  • Verify that every team members possess necessary qualifications for food and alcohol managing
  • Establish and transparently convey targets and requirements using robust people skills
  • Specialist in all within and outside the organization communications
  • Settle visitor and collaborator concerns quickly and productively
  • Recognize avenues and produce action strategies to improve and enhance F&B process
  • Track financial effectiveness to lead business decisions
  • Set and supply on targets which assist organisation-wide targets in finance, visitor fulfillment, and collaborator relation
  • Head and help desk members in individual growth and profession progression strategies to support to our internal executive guidance pipeline

  • Serves as the visitor service position model for the dining venue; set a good example of outstanding client support and produce a positive atmosphere for customer service experience.
  • Helps servers and organizers on the floor during monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning periods and in-demand times.
  • Manages visitor challenges and service issues.
  • Meets with guests on an informal basis during meals or upon exit to collect input on the quality of F&B, performance thresholds, and general approval.
  • Plans dining booking arrangements and organizes parties or special solutions for diners.
  • Ensures corrective action is taken to constantly elevate support outcomes.
  • Plans, instructs, conceptualizes, empowers, trainers, and counsels, addresses challenges, delivers open dialog and endorses discipline when suitable.
  • Holds routine line-up sessions and every month unit-specific sessions with employees analyzing routine events, safety concerns/matters, and visitor comments.
  • Edits work plans and analyzes the work effectiveness of employees.

  • Ensures adherence with all F&B rules, guidelines, and standardized processes by development, directing, client engagement, and practical management.
  • Sustains service and sanitation guidelines in dining venue, bar/social space, and in-room servicer zones.
  • Displays executive guidance in visitor hospitality exemplifies outstanding client support and produce a positive atmosphere for customer service experience.
  • Empowers Waiters and Waitresses to offer outstanding client support.
  • Observes alcohol beverage service in adherence with local legal provisions.
  • Manages routine change processes
  • Ensures staffare in adherence with appearance guidelines.
  • Checks dining guest accommodation serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
