Business Development Manager – Processes & Maintainance at Hobark International Limited (HIL) in Port Harcourt, Rivers

Role summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) – O&M, New Service Business will be in charge of recognizing, conceptualizing, and securing new commercial opportunities for Processes & Servicing & maintenance (O&M) solutions inside the Process Management Division of AOS Orwell. This position concentrates on growing the service business project sample, pushing customer conversion, and positioning AOS Orwell as the work collaboratively of choice for long-term O&M initiatives across the petroleum sector, energy, and industrial sectors.

Duties

• Formulate and execute business plans to expand the O&M service business in alignment with divisional growth targets.
• Recognize, certify, and pursue avenues for long-term service agreements (LTSAs), servicing & maintenance agreements, upgrades, retrofits, and aftermarket solutions.
• Build and preserve solid connections with primary stakeholders (technical, procurement, and executive level) within target customer entities.
• Show O&M capabilities and value propositions to possibility customers, securing a role for AOS Orwell during pre-tender stages.
• Head project setup of proposals, offers, and quotations for O&M projects, making sure business-related attractiveness and adherence with organisation rules.
• Agree on conditions and terms with clients to optimize returns while making sure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with finance and lawful teams to formulate business-related models and risk evaluations.
• Collaborate with processes, engineering, and project teams to formulate technically sound, cost-efficient, and maintainable service initiatives.
• Work alongside brand and communications teams to advance O&M capabilities and produce targeted marketing.
• Preserve a healthy sales pipeline and offer precise every month projections and business documentation for executive review.
• Track win/loss effectiveness and collect market intelligence to enhance future plans.
• Forges solid connections with O&M key players in the industry that may shape business
• Evaluates, observes, and documentation on attractive role of O&M asset managements and service vendors
• Execute on-site due diligence visits as necessary and offer complete documentation
• Offer financial inputs (O&M numbers) to the financial analyst regarding the development of the financial framework for the possibility O&M avenue
• Adherence with Health, safety, and environment and compliance obligations.
• To coordinate with other BUs/ divisions (Finance, Lawful, Health, safety, and environment, Processes etc) to guarantee a fully conceptualize O&M proposal to be provided to the customer.
