Position Overview

• The Room maintenance services Manager will supervise the cleanliness, visual communication, and entire upkeep of visitor guest accommodations, public zones, and back-of-house spaces inside the hotel.
• This position make sure that room maintenance services processes meet the highest guidelines of hygiene, comfort, and visitor fulfillment.
• The preferred candidate will be meticulous, initiative-driven, and proficient in coordinating teams, assets, and quality benchmarks to produce a memorable visitor expertise.

Stock and Asset coordination:

• Oversee inventory levels of cleaning inventory, linen, visitor amenities, and tools.
• Execute cost-regulatory actions while preserving quality benchmarks.
• Organize with suppliers and guarantee promptness procurement of room maintenance services materials.

Expertise:

At least 3–5 years’ expertise in room maintenance services management within a hotel, resort, or similar service environment. Established history of coordinating large room maintenance services teams and preserving high guidelines in a dynamic setting.
