Position summary

This is a full-time in-field position for a Business Development Manager at Evans Industries Limited in Lagos. The Business Development Manager will be in charge of recognizing new commercial opportunities, building and preserving customer connections, conceptualizing and executing growth plans, and carrying out market analysis.

Duties

• The Business Development manager is in charge of the accomplishment and dispatch of entire sales and allocation targets for the organization inside the allocated territory.
• Connecting possibility customers to establish connection and organize sessions.
• Organizing and monitoring new promotion programs.
• Conducting analysis entities and individuals to find fresh opportunities.
• Rising the value of ongoing clients while attracting new ones.
• Finding and conceptualizing new markets and optimizing sales.
• Participating professional forums, sessions, and industry events.
• Conceptualizing quotes and proposals for customers.
• Conceptualizing targets for the development team and business expansion and making sure they are fulfilled.
• Instructors and assisting team members formulate their competencies.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of expertise in Sales and Allocation Management.
• Business Development, Sales, and Promotion competencies.
• Expertise in recognizing new commercial opportunities and customer connection management.
• Capability to formulate and execute growth plans.
• Market analysis and evaluation competencies.
• Clear articulation and bargaining ability.
