Role summary
The Programme Manager & Social platforms Head will play a dual position in coordinating ECRF’s strategic programs and top its digital relation. This individual must be highly structured, innovative, and cozy operating in agile, high-stakes environments — especially during health crises where prompt correspondence and synchronization are critical.
Core Operating Connections:
Internal: ECRF Top management, Programme Colleagues, Voluntary assistants, Board of trustees External: Regulatory bodies, donors, clinicians, media, group associates.
Accountabilities / Duties
- Programme Monitoring
- Serve as a communication link to board of directors and will act as the board administrative assistant.
- Lead capital raising marketing to hit the yearly donation target
- Arrange the ECRF voluntary assistant programme
- Strategy and execute ECRF programs in line with strategic targets.
- Organize development sessions, analysis distribution, participant sessions, and support marketing.
- Prepare donor documentation, idea notes, and effect overviews.
- Assist grant drafting and collaboration development.
- Track programme financial plans and help in financial supervising.
- Assemble and interpret data from site initiatives and documentation.
- Social platforms & Information exchange
- Formulate and preserve a content calendar in sync with ECRF’s targets.
- Produce premium quality graphics, videos, and stories that inform and motivate.
- Grow relation and following across all channels.
- Track practices and address applicable community health progress updates.
- Take action promptly to DMs, comments, and tags.
- Produce every month data analysis documentation and propose analytics-based enhancements.
- Verify that every content is in sync with ECRF’s brand identity and tone.
Qualifications
- Bsc in Community health, Communications, Project coordination, or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of related experience in programme management or health communications.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
- Competence in Google Workspace, Office productivity software, Canva, and CapCut or similar resources.
- Outstanding documented, verbal, and graphic messaging competencies.
- Robust corporate and handling multiple responsibilities competencies with meticulousness.
- Cozy operating in dynamic settings and responding quickly during crises.
- Expertise with CRM channels will be an added advantage.
- Past track document of successful grant drafting and capital raising.
- Expertise in board compliance will be an added advantage.
Operating Timetable:
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday
- Anticipated hours weekly: 50
- Adaptive schedule necessary: Some evenings and weekends, especially during crisis-management periods or support marketing.
- Crisis Response Anticipation: Must be accessible to take action and organize communications and logistics outside consistent hours in the event of crises or immediate programme needs.
