Procurement Manager at Co-Creation Hub (CcHUB) in Lagos

Job Description

The Procurement Manager will play a key role in coordinating and optimising our procurement methods across all our sites.
This position goes beyond transactional buying to concentration on planned procurement, vendor management, agreement compliance, risk risk reduction, and cost optimisation to guarantee CcHUB achieves best-in-class procurement results.
You will lead value for money, quality, and timeliness across all categories of spend (goods, solutions, tech, and structure), while making sure adherence with organisation rules and local rules.
The Procurement Manager will serve as a trusted consultant to executive guidance, empowering procurement to support directly to CcHUB’s growth, business adaptability, and long-term long-term viability.

Recognize, assess, and onboard suppliers that meet quality, cost, and adherence guidelines.
Bargain agreements, terms, and due dates to attain most effective business-related results.
Track supplier effectiveness and preserve a dependable vendor DB.

Bsc in business management or applicable field
A minimum of three years of applicable professional background
Demonstrated expertise operating in the processes site
Expertise in project coordination and data evaluation, resources (excel, google sheets) and status updates will be an added advantage
Skilled in GSuite resources (docs, slides, sheets, etc.)
Clear articulation and schedule control competencies
Expertise operating with a worldwide teams in a fastpaced environment
Efficient people skills and capability to proactive action and work within set standard procedures and in a collaborative environment.
Outstanding listening, bargain, and visual communication abilities.
Robust verbal and professional writing competencies.
