Overview

In charge of conceptualizing and carrying out promotion plans to grow corporate identity consciousness, grow traffic (online & retail), boost sales, and strengthen client retention.

Primary duties

• Head digital and traditional promotional initiatives.
• Oversee corporate identity positioning, Public relations, and client relation.
• Lead campaigns, commitment programs, and retail activations.
• Carry out market analysis and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Head and train the promotion team, making sure dispatch on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Promotion/Business (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years’ expertise, with 3–5 years in management.
• Robust competence in in-store promotion, digital channels, and team lead.
• Documented performance of pushing measurable growth and ROI.
