Business operations manager at J3 Foods and Store International in Igando, Lagos

Position Overview

• We are looking for a highly structured and outcomes-driven Business operations manager to supervise and enhance the day-to-day activities of our FMCG allocation business.
• The preferred candidate will ensure smooth stock chain methods, warehouse management, stock precision, fleet synchronization, and productive final-mile dispatch.
• This position requires a practical leader who can lead operations excellency, reduce expenses, and ensure goods reach clients on time and in full.

Primary duties

• Strategize direct, and organize all allocation and logistics processes across warehouses, fleets, and dispatch channels.
• Ensure precise inventory management, stock regulate, and prompt replenishment of goods.
• Supervise warehouse processes, making sure adherence with safety, quality, and effectiveness guidelines.
• Formulate and execute business rules, SOPs, and KPIs to track productivity and effectiveness.
• Organize fleet processes, which includes planning, route optimization, vehicle servicing & maintenance, and fuel effectiveness.
• Work alongside sales and procurement teams to align stock chain initiatives with business requirement.
• Track and evaluate business data to recognize zones of advancement, reduce expenses, and improve output.
• Guarantee adherence with FMCG compliance guidelines, organisation rules, and client support qualifications.
• Head, educate, and oversee warehouse employees, drivers, and logistics officers to enhance effectiveness and responsibility.
• Oversee connections with third-party logistics vendors, vendors, and key allocation associates.
• Organize and show functional performance documentation for executive review.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 4 - 7 years work expertise.
