As a Guard Manager, you will execute guard procedures, carry out risk evaluations, and work alongside law enforcement agencies as required.
You will be in charge of development and conceptualizing guard employees, supervising and status updates on guard incidents, and making sure adherence with supporting rules and organisation rules.
This role needs effective guidance competencies, outstanding issue resolution capabilities, and the capability to remain calm and collected in high-pressure conditions.

Supervise routine guard processes and ensure proper execution of guard procedures.
Carry out consistent inspections and evaluations of guard operational structures and procedures.

Address guard breaches and crises promptly, managing with law enforcement as needed.
Formulate and preserve guard standardized process documented guides and development materials for employees.
Organize system issue documentation and preserve precise records of all guard initiatives and incidents.
Work alongside management and other departments to recognize guard risks and formulate plans to reduce risk them.

Demonstrated expertise as a Guard Manager or in a similar executive function inside the guard industry.
Solid understanding of guard management standardized processes and procedures.
Outstanding observational competencies and meticulousness.
Capability to formulate and execute efficient guard rules and standardized processes.
Clear expression and people skills to operate productively with employees and external associates.
Skilled in using guard tech and operational structures, which includes Closed-circuit television and authorization operational structures.
Capability to hire, educate and deploy gaurds.
Capability to acquire possibility clinets for the company.
