Plaza Manager at Domeo Resources International in Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

The Plaza Manager is accountable for managing the daily processes, management, and facility management of the plaza. This position ensures smooth organizational processes, tenant fulfillment, and productive servicing & maintenance of the real estate. The preferred candidate must possess prior expertise in facility management, in-store real estate management, or process management, with verified ability to organize technical teams, oversee service service providers, and supply high guidelines of process effectiveness and client support.

Position duties

• Business Monitoring:
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the plaza, making sure facilities, utilities, and solutions are fully operational.
• Track tenant initiatives and adherence with lease agreements, business standard procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness, guard, and entire orderliness of the premises at all times.
• Facility Management & Servicing & maintenance:
• Supervise preventive, corrective, and standard procedure servicing & maintenance of building operational structures (electrical, plumbing, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, elevators, etc.).
• Oversee facility employees and service providers to guarantee on-time completion of servicing & maintenance solutions.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and ecological (HSE) guidelines across all facilities.
• Strategy and track financial plans for repairs, servicing & maintenance, and facility upgrades.
• Tenant and Customer Relations:
• Act as the primary reach out for occupants, dealing with questions, service issues, and service requests.
• Organize tenant orientation, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Arrange tenant relation programs to build solid connections and fulfillment.
• Guard & Safety Monitoring:
• Oversee security staff and execute plaza-wide guard procedures.
• Ensure fire safety operational structures, Closed-circuit television, and crisis-management strategies are operational and routinely tested.
• Carry out consistent safety drills and inspections.
• Stock and Asset coordination:
• Track and oversee facility-associated consumables, tools, and inventory.
• Organize procurement for servicing & maintenance resources, cleaning inventory, and crucial materials.
• Team Oversight & Planning:
• Oversee facility, guard, and cleaning teams, allocating duty and supervising effectiveness.
• Assistants development to uphold competence, safety, and client support guidelines.
• Status updates and Recordkeeping:
• Preserve precise records of business initiatives, incidents, and servicing & maintenance works.
• Organize and send on a weekly basis/every month business documentation for executive review.
• Track service agreements and vendor effectiveness, making sure SLA adherence.
