Position Overview

Translation of architecture qualifications and design into fieldable structure through thorough execution design and thorough running test, execution strategies, laboratory and site running test.

Management Status updates:

• Engages in every month business assessments of operational base effectiveness and roadmaps
• Make sure that business fixes are translated into engineering strategies
• Collects, evaluates, coordinates and offers data on projects and processes to top level management
• Performs against business KPIs.

Network Optimization:

Sets key effectiveness indicators and indicators that are in sync with NSE and Product Management targets. Engages in network design assessments and methods of various projects and goods. Delivers tech executive guidance by making accessible running test resources used in laboratory and site environments.

Network Engineering:

Assessments designs for all programs. Engages in deployment readiness evaluate which includes outcomes of all running test and initiating initiatives.

System Optimization:

• Utilizes subject matter proficiency and data from evaluation, to present system enhancements to executive guidance
• Manages execution of authorized system advancement strategic guidance within operational unit
• Recognizes and proposes advancement creative thoughts.

Project/Programme Management:

• In charge of generating and/or verifying project strategies, offered by PMs & tech experts
• In charge of making sure projects supply on time and financial plan by holding team members responsible for supplying on project achievements and outputs
• In charge of recognizing project implementation risks and project-associated concerns, suggesting risk reduction strategies for solution for executive review
• In charge of project asset distribution and management and financial plan management.

Process/Rules/Guidelines:

Formation/refinement of productive methods, guidelines, and rules. Observes violations, and designs a remediation strategy to guarantee compliance.

Road Map/Organizing:

• Helps vendor assets with orientation initiatives through all Equinix channels, making sure vendor assets possess suitable workspace, system entry, and resources
• Supervises/directs individual advising assets, as allocated
• Recognizes starting business-related implications for vendor selection and executes starting due diligence
• Delivers inputs for vendor talks
• Supervises authorized vendor connections
• Observes and documentation on dispatch of vendor outputs.

Country/Regional Management:

• Supervises team of local tech experts in a provided country
• Performs against authorized programs. Supervises tech and/or HR in a single site, being knowledgeable about local language, law and rules, as needed
• Associates with worldwide tech owners to execute and preserve worldwide tech guidelines. Supervises connections with country participants.
