Position Overview

Architect will be in charge of designing, organizing, and monitoring the architectural components of various building and renovation projects inside the Dangote Group. This position includes responsibility for partnering with engineers, PMs, and other participants to guarantee that the architectural designs meet both aesthetic and operational qualifications, while conforming to budgetary and compliance guidelines.

Obligations and Duties

• Formulate and show architectural designs and strategies for buildings and facilities.
• Verify that every designs adhere with legal & regulatory qualifications.
• Work alongside PMs to establish delivery schedules and outputs.
• Supervise the building process and make sure that the project is carried out according to architectural strategies.
• Carry out on-site evaluations and evaluate project qualifications to guide creative directions.
• Collaborate with other architects and technical groups to combine operational and aesthetic factors.
• Evaluate and authorize building documents, requirements, and shop drawings.
• Offer technical direction and assist to service providers and building teams.
• Preserve current expertise in market trends, materials, and technical solutions.
