Primary duties

• Supervise finishing works for high-end residential and business-related projects
• Work alongside design, on-site, and procurement teams to settle outlining concerns
• Track development in-field and deliver promptly architectural direction
• Capability to head a team of service providers and advisors
• Formulate and supervise premium quality architectural finishes for both interior and exterior spaces.
• Ensure the implementation of thorough design requirements, materials, colors, and textures that match with the entire project aspiration.
• Carry out consistent on-site visits to track finishing works
• Generate thorough architectural finishing drawings, which includes elevations, sections, and building description.

Credentials

• Bsc in Architecture (Bachelor's degree or B.Arch) from a identified institution
• Competence in Architecture and Architectural Design
• At least 10 years industry experience
• Proven competence in on-site oversight, outlining, material specification, and quality assurance
• Clear articulation and project coordination competencies
• Membership in specialist bodies like NIA (Nigerian Institute of Architects) will be an added advantage.
• Skilled in architectural creative applications which includes AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Innovative Suite.
• Capability to oversee various finishing projects at the same time from idea to finalization.
