Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient Design Architect with a solid experience in interior design and building to head our design team. The preferred candidate will possess a enthusiasm for producing creative and operational spaces.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute visual strategies for interior design projects
• Work alongside customers to comprehend their design qualifications and preferences
• Carry out on-site visits and evaluations to decide design practicality
• Organize and show design proposals, which includes Two- and three-dimensional visualizations
• Collaborate with our building team to guarantee smooth implementation of designs
• Stay current with market trends and industry standards in interior design and architecture

Qualifications

• Bsc in Architecture or a relevant field
• A minimum of 3 years in interior design and architecture
• Robust project sample demonstrating your design competencies and expertise
• Clear articulation, visual communication, and project coordination competencies
• Competence in creative applications, which includes AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
