Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative art Architect to join our team. The preferred candidate will be in charge of conceptualizing architectural notions, generating design drawings, and partnering with both internal teams and external participants to bring visionary designs to life
Duties
- Formulate and show architectural notions and thorough designs.
- Organize design and building drawings using applicable software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Work alongside the design and project coordination teams to guarantee innovative and technical superiority.
- Organize with service providers, advisors, and vendors as necessary.
- Stay current with market trends, materials, and design advancements.
- Carry out on-site visits to track milestone tracking and quality.
Qualifications
- Applicant must possess a bachelor's in engineering academic qualification in civil engineering, architectural design or any relevant field from a reputable tertiary institution• Applicant should have at least 3-4 years demonstrated expertise
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Meticulousness with a robust sense of beauty therapy and capability.
- Capability to oversee various projects at the same time.
