Apartment manager at First Synergi Homes Limited in Lekki, Lagos

Primary duties

• Supervise the general servicing & maintenance, fix, and upkeep of the real estate to guarantee it is always visitor-prepared.
• Organize with vendors, service providers, and service vendors for cleaning, repairs, and other facility needs.
• Carry out consistent inspections of the real estate to guarantee safety, capability, and cleanliness guidelines are fulfilled.
• Oversee utilities, stock of inventory, and ensure cost-productive processes.
• Take action promptly to any facility-associated concerns or crises to reduce non-operational time.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and ecological rules.
• Preserve precise records of servicing & maintenance plans, expenditures, and vendor solutions.
• Assist visitor fulfillment by dealing with facility matters quickly and productively.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in facility management, real estate management, or a similar position (hospitality expertise is a plus).
• Robust corporate and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to organize various duty and perform in high-stress situations.
• Basic domain expertise of electrical, plumbing, and general servicing & maintenance work.
• Adaptive schedule to address immediate facility needs, even after hours.

Compensation

Remuneration: N150,000 - N200,000 Every month. Attractive with Recognized benchmark.
