The role

• As an SME Project sample Manager, you will be in charge of coordinating and growing a project sample of SME customers.
• You will work alongside cross-operational teams to comprehend project sample effectiveness, recognize avenues, minimize risks, and supply analytics-based findings to assist strategic strategic judgment.
• Your position includes responsibility for effectiveness supervising, connection management, and carrying out programs that improve the value of the SME project sample.

Duties 

• Oversee the effectiveness and growth of a project sample of SME customers, making sure retention, fulfillment, and profit margin.
• Evaluate SME project sample data to uncover practices, recognize risks, and endorse practical findings to lead business results.
• Track key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) for SME customers and proactively handle concerns affecting effectiveness.
• Work alongside Product, Risk, and Processes teams to align project sample plan with broader business targets.
• Build and preserve dashboards using resources like Power BI to offer visibility into project sample indicators and effectiveness.
• Assist the development of credit plans and lending initiatives tailored to SME customer needs.
• Head or assist projects targeted at optimizing project sample health, customer segmentation, and income optimization.

Qualifications Necessary:

At least 5 years of expertise in SME banking, project sample management, credit evaluation in a financial solutions circumstance. Robust critical thinking with the capability to analyze data and convert it into corporate plan

Preferred:

• Competence in Power BI, MySQL, or similar resources for data evaluation and status updates.
• Expertise operating cross-operationally with sales, risk, product, and processes teams.
• Deep knowledge of SME funding and risk mitigation strategy.
