Position Explanation

FoodOnline is seeking a agile and outcomes-driven Growth & Commercial manager with a minimum of 4 years of expertise in sales, business expansion, or strategic collaborations. In this position, you will generate income growth, scale strategic collaborations, and head programs that expand our market presence while making sure long-term client and work collaboratively fulfillment.

Duties

• Formulate and implement sales and growth plans to meet organisation targets
• Head the purchase and retention of dining venues, vendors, and corporate customers
• Build robust B2B connections and bargain lucrative agreements
• Evaluate sales data, industry trends, and rival initiatives to mentor plan
• Work alongside processes, product, and promotion teams to enhance growth
• Train and oversee business development team members to attain unit-specific targets
• Supply consistent documentation and findings to top level management.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, or a relevant field
• At least 4 years demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, or growth management (expertise in food dispatch, e-commerce, or logistics will be an added advantage)
• Robust track document of delivering and exceeding revenue goals
• Outstanding executive guidance, bargain, and customer leadership abilities
• Deep knowledge of Abuja’s food and e-commerce market
• Competence in CRM resources, data analysis, and status updates.
