Finance Manager at Toasties Limited in Ikoyi, Lagos

Duties

• The Finance Manager is in charge of coordinating the financial health of the dining venue by monitoring accounting, financial planning, money movement, and budgeting.
• The position ensures precise finance reporting, expense management, and adherence with statutory qualifications while assisting management in making informed business decisions that boost expansion and profit margin.
• Supervise daily financial processes, which includes outstanding bills/receivable, money movement, and bank adjustments.
• Organize and evaluate every month, every quarter, and yearly balance sheet and income statement and management documentation.
• Formulate and oversee financial plans, projections, and financial strategies to assist business targets.
• Track and regulate expenses, making sure productive use of assets across the dining venue.
• Execute financial rules, standardized processes, and internal regulates to ensure protection of organisation assets.
• Guarantee adherence with tax rules, statutory filings, and finance reporting guidelines.
• Assist procurement and processes teams with vendor payments, credit terms, and cost reviews.
• Track key financial ratios and key indicators (food cost %, wage expense %, gross profit, EBITDA).
• Advise management on financial opportunities, risk mitigation strategy, and cost-saving plans.
• Organize with external auditors, tax governing bodies, and financial institutions.
• Educate and oversee finance/accounting employees where relevant.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 5 years work expertise.
