Job Description

As our Chief operator, you will be the main influence behind our hotel's processes, plan, and entire success.
You will supervise all operational units, making sure the dispatch of world-class service, preserving impeccable guidelines, and optimizing profit margin.
We are seeking an individual with effective guidance attributes, a strong insight of the Nigerian hospitality landscape, and a dedication to superiority.

Strategic Executive guidance: Formulate and implement complete business and financial strategies to attain and exceed hotel targets. Evaluate industry trends, rival activity, and visitor response to lead strategic programs.
Operations excellency: Supervise all routine hotel processes, making sure smooth service dispatch across Front desk, Room maintenance services, F&B, Servicing & maintenance, and other departments.
Visitor Expertise Advocate: Promote an environment that fosters exceptional visitor service, making sure every visitor possesses a memorable and positive expertise. Proactively handle visitor matters and execute service recovery plans.
Finance Management: Oversee financial plans, P&L statements, and income streams productively. Execute cost-regulatory actions and lead profit margin.
Team lead & Development: Head, motivate, and train a multifaceted team of hospitality experts. Promote a positive work environment, advance career advancement, and ensure high levels of employee relation.
Corporate identity Guidelines & Adherence: Uphold and improve corporate identity guidelines, making sure adherence with all Nigerian health, safety, and lawful rules.

Demonstrated expertise as a Hotel manager or in a executive team position inside the service sector (at least [e.g., 5-7] years).
Exhibited success in pushing income increase, directing expenses, and optimizing visitor fulfillment.
Deep knowledge of hotel processes, which includes Food and beverage, guest accommodations division, business promotion / sales, and finance.
Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and people skills.
Understanding with the Nigerian market and applicable compliance-related frameworks.
Bsc in hotel management Management, Business Management, or a relevant field. MSC or Master of business administration will be an added advantage.
