Role summary

• A Facility manager is accountable for managing the day-to-day activities, servicing & maintenance, and entire capability of an company's physical premises.
• This position make sure that buildings, tools, and operational structures are safe, productive, and fully functional to assist organizational operations.
• Facility supervisors facilitate collaboration between management, employees, and external vendors to guarantee smooth processes and adherence with safety guidelines.

Vendor and Vendor Management:

• Assess and select service providers or vendors for servicing & maintenance solutions, inventory, and upgrades.
• Track vendor effectiveness and compliance to service agreements.
• Evaluate and authorize agreements or service-level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

• Effective guidance and team leadership abilities.
• Outstanding issue resolution and strategic judgment abilities.
