Role summary

The position is in charge of: recognizing and obtaining new merchants for payment processing solutions; conceptualizing and carrying out plans to grow merchant purchase, developing rapport with possibility merchants, and discussing terms agreement conditions; and supplying income and market distribute targets for merchant segment.

Distribute of Client Target:

• Making sure full-fledged accomplishment of New Merchant targets by pushing the merchant targets
• Partnering with internal teams which includes sales, promotion, and product development to formulate merchant-specific content and campaigns 
• Building and preserving connections with possibility merchants, offering direction and assist throughout the sales process 
• Making sure adherence with legal & regulatory qualifications connected with merchant segments

Allocation Structure:

• Conceptualizing and carrying out a complete merchant purchase plan that aligns with the organization's targets and target audience 
• Recognizing and targeting possibility merchant segments through market analysis and data evaluation 
• Conceptualizing and carrying out Merchant agreements, making sure they are jointly advantageous and meet merchant and organisation's targets

Related experience:

• 8-10 years of expertise
• Team lead expertise 
• Related experience in goods management and financial technology industry 
• Computer literacy 
• Sales expertise 
• Product/ Service development 
• Product/ Service management 
• People skills 
• Client onboarding 
• Financial solutions, banking, PSB and Financial technology expertise will be a great advantage

Other qualifications:

Clear articulation and bargaining ability, in addition to expertise in evaluating data and conceptualizing plans to generate income growth.  A strong insight of the industry and the organization's goods or solutions is also significant.
