Role summary

The Territorial Commercial manager will be in charge of conceptualizing and carrying out sales plans to generate income growth within allocated territories. This position requires a performance-focused individual with a enthusiasm for developing rapport, recognizing avenues and exceeding revenue goals.

Account Management:

Supervise trade implementation across account associates in appointed territories to guarantee most effective effectiveness and adherence. Preserve solid connections with key accounts and distributors to promote commitment and uninterrupted business expansion.

Team Development:

Accompany a minimum of one collaborator each week for on-the-position development and capacity development. Offer guidance and assist to entry-level sales employees to improve their competencies and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field; Master of business administration will be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of expertise in the FMCG industry (with a minimum of 12 months coordinating people)
• Modern trade GTM expertise
• Capability to make strategic decisions
• Must be issue resolution, initiative-driven, client-focused and work without too much oversight
• Bargaining ability and capability to close agreements
• Capability to work alongside and collaborate with different types of persons
