Position Overview

The Servicing & maintenance Manager is accountable for managing all installation, fix, and upkeep processes of the company’s facilities, machinery, and tools. The position make sure that assets are preserved in good operating requirement to reduce non-operational time and optimize productivity.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute preventive servicing & maintenance strategies for tools and facilities.
• Oversee, educate, and organize initiatives of the servicing & maintenance team.
• Track and guarantee adherence with safety rules and organisation guidelines.
• Oversee connections with external service providers and service vendors.
• Carry out inspections and diagnose issues mechanical, electrical, or structural concerns.
• Regulate servicing & maintenance financial plans and track stock of resources, parts, and tools.
• Organize consistent documentation on servicing & maintenance initiatives, expenses, and asset effectiveness.

Credentials

Certification or Bsc in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical fields, or associated discipline is key, , requiring at least 4 years of work expertise.

Competencies

• Solid understanding of servicing & maintenance standardized processes, workplace safety and wellness guidelines.
• Outstanding executive guidance, issue resolution, and project coordination competencies.
• Capability to operate under pressure and oversee various key focuses.
