Position Overview

As a Promotion Manager, you will be in charge of supporting current product lines, top the initiate of new goods, carrying out market analysis, and conceptualizing plans to attain business promotion & sales targets while preserving the organization’s attractive edge.

Responsibilites

• Advance the organization's current product lines, head the market initiate of new goods, and finalize the organization's sales duty.
• Carry out market surveys to recognize development potentials, evaluate buyer findings and track market trends to formulate viable promotion plans.
• Propose strategic programs and systematic advancement suggestions to attain the company's business promotion & sales targets.
• Develop and preserve the organization's attractive advantage in the industry.

Credentials & Expertise

• Interested applicants should have a Bsc
• At least 4 years’ expertise in paper product sales, with a track document of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• A minimum of 2 years’ expertise in distributor management, ideally with exposure to top tissue brands which includes Rose, Belle, or Carla.
• Deep knowledge of market forces, buyer conduct, and market trends inside the tissue and hygiene sector and your preferred site
• Robust documented and spoken communication competencies, with verified ability to participate, bargain, and build lasting connections with key customers and large-scale clients.
• Exhibited capability to formulate and implement strategic promotion strategies, introduce goods, and lead brand development.
• Self-driven, results-focused, and competent of operating independently while top cross-operational programs.
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication verbal abilities, and expertise in conceptualizing large clients.
