Role summary
As an Human resources Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a strategic consultant and advisor to business units, pushing people programs that match with business targets. You will assist human resource management, effectiveness development, workplace engagement, staff planning, and business improvement, making sure a high-effectiveness culture across the allocated department.
Duties
- Act as the primary Human resources reach out for allocated business units, offering strategic Human resources direction and business assist.
- Collaborate with corporate decision-makers to align Human resources plans with business targets and lead corporate effectiveness.
- Oversee the execution of Human resources programs which includes results tracking, succession organizing, and staff planning.
- Lead skill building strategies and assist employee relation and retention plans.
- Offer specialist direction on workplace engagement, dispute settlement, and disciplinary standardized processes in line with organisation regulatory framework and employment regulation.
- Work alongside hiring process teams to guarantee prompt and efficient recruiting in sync with staff strategies.
- Evaluate Human resources indicators (attrition, relation, productivity) and offer practical findings for executive review.
- Assist remuneration and perks management during assessments and modifications.
- Guarantee adherence with local work legal provisions and organizational guidelines.
- Advocate organisation culture, values, and adjustment management programs cross-functional units.
Qualifications
- Bsc in HR, Business Management, Industrial Relations, or relevant field.
- 3 – 6 years of progressive Human resources expertise, ideally in a global or production operations/technology environment.
- Demonstrated expertise as an Human resources Generalist or HRBP with practical exposure to hiring process, results tracking, workplace engagement, and business improvement.
- Profitable company strategic insight with the capability to align Human resources plan with business needs.
- Outstanding interpersonal, information exchange, and dispute settlement competencies.
- Analytics-based mentality with capability to analyze Human resources data analysis for strategic judgment.
- Competence in Ms office tools and HRIS/ATS resources (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, Oracle, Taleo).
- Human resources accreditation (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
