Position Scope
The Finance/Accounts Manager at Felton Energy Solutions Limited plays a vital position in coordinating the organization’s financial processes, making sure adherence with rules, and offering precise financial findings to assist strategic judgment. They will supervise daily accounting initiatives, finance reporting, tax management, and financial planning to guarantee the financial health and long-term viability of the organization.
Primary duties
- Supervise and organize all daily accounting and finance processes.
- Formulate and execute financial rules, operational structures, and internal regulates to ensure protection of organisation assets.
- Guarantee promptness project setup and precise visual communication of balance sheet and income statement, management documentation, and effectiveness evaluation.
- Oversee financial planning, predicting, money movement, and expense management to assist process effectiveness.
- Track and guarantee adherence with all statutory, tax, and compliance obligations, which includes proactively submitting application current expertise in ongoing tax legal provisions and reforms in Nigeria.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax governing bodies, banks, and other financial institutions.

- Lead workflow optimization and automatic control inside the finance operation to improve effectiveness.
