Duties

• Carry out inspections: Safety officers routinely examine the office to recognize promise risks. 
• Educate employees: Train staff about safety procedures and the value of workplace safety and wellness
• Check adherence: Make sure that the office follows with workplace safety and wellness rules. 
• Explore accidents: Explore accidents that occur in the office. 
• Produce safety strategies: Formulate safety strategies for the office that comprise of organisation guidelines and government rules. 
• Accurate unsafe terms: Handle unsafe terms or actions in the office. 
• Organize safety documentation: Organize documentation on safety concerns.
• Execution of on-site and external qualifications: Ensure full adherence to On-site standard requirement, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirement.
• Assisting the development of OHS rules and programs.
• Carrying out risk evaluation and enforcing preventative measures.
• Start and arrange OHS development of employees and senior leaders.
• Stop any unsafe acts or methods that seem hazardous or unhealthy.
• Document and explore incidents to decide causes and manage worker’s remuneration requests.
• Assisting crisis preparedness and response endeavors, which includes conceptualizing evacuation strategies and standardized processes.
• Partnering with cross-operational teams to advance safety programs and ensure the consolidation of safety procedures into day-to-day activities.
• Establishing and preserving clear communication channels with external entities, which includes government bodies, and safety entities.
• Track service providers adherence to Organisation license to operate process.
• Guarantee adherence to Environmental health and safety requirement for project on-site.
