Position Overview
The Manager, project will head the comprehensive organizing, implementation, and dispatch of the Ibom International Hospital building and equipping project. Success in this position will be measured by supplying the project on time, within ±5% of the authorized financial plan, with zero fatalities, and completely aligned with design and compliance guidelines, while building robust participant trust (≥90% fulfillment rating).
Primary duties
- Project Organizing and Implementation
- Formulate and execute the entire project implementation strategy covering scope, timetable, cost, quality, risk, and information exchange.
- Establish project achievements and ensure a minimum of 98% of achievements are accomplished on or before organized dates.
- Supervise building, procurement, and tools installation to assurance 100% adherence with design requirements, codes, and guidelines.
- Executive guidance and Team Synchronization
- Head and align cross-functional teams, which includes engineers, Health, safety, and environment, project regulates, and service providers, to enhance output.
- Build teamwork across processes, making sure concerns are settled quickly and milestone tracking is sustained.
- Carry out consistent participant evaluate sessions and preserve participant fulfillment levels of ≥95% throughout the program duration.
- Cost and Timetable Management
- Regulate financial plans, cash flows, and projections, making sure cost deviations remain within ±5% of the authorized financial plan.
- Track timetable compliance and corrective action strategies to preserve a Timetable Effectiveness Index (SPI) ≥ 0.95.
- Evaluate and authorize service providers’ requests, bills, and scope changes while preserving a Cost Effectiveness Index (CPI) ≥ 0.95.
- Quality, Workplace safety and wellness Monitoring
- Ensure adherence to full compliance to compliance obligations, design codes, and quality benchmarks, targeting zero quality non-conformances.
- Work alongside the Health, safety, and environment Manager to guarantee zero fatalities and an lost time injury frequency rate (LTIFR) below industry benchmark.
- Carry out audits and inspections to guarantee 100% adherence with safety and ecological rules.
- Participant and Information exchange Management
- Act as the primary communication link with organisation executive guidance, service providers, and advisors, offering transparent and prompt status reports.
- Ensure robust participant relation by building trust and trust, reflected in a ≥90% fulfillment rating.
- Preserve efficient connections with local governing bodies and group participants to avoid project disruptions.
- Risk and Adjustment Management
- Proactively recognize, evaluate, and minimize risks to prevent timetable or financial plan slippages.
- Oversee adjustment regulate methods to guarantee any modifications to scope, timetable, or financial plan are properly authorized and recorded, without compromising entire project goals.
- Make sure that the project is finished and authorized by the accepted due date.
