Responsibility

In charge of management of spare parts stock for Ibadan NB processes and this comprise of evaluation, predicting, supervising of reorder levels, disposal of scraps and cash disbursement management.

Key Effectiveness Zones

• Synchronization of daily running of spare parts store.
• Manages the initiatives of the Stock staff in preserving good warehousing industry standard.
• Guarantee promptness brand identity of new inventory of tyres before issuance for usage and taking to the system with serial and branded numbers.
• Supervising re-order levels for inventory items and making requests for buy when such are reached, manually and within the infrastructure.
• Ensure there is Buying request for all material items supplied into the store.
• Make sure that all Store Problem Vouchers and work order print out are duly approved before authorizing and closing.
• Ensure consistent and periodic inventory-count of Spare parts stocks, Lubricants and Tyre inventory (to preserve honesty and reliability of inventory role).
• Execution of the organization’s financial and business-related rules in the NB Brewery processes and guidance on development of suitable financial rules for the process as it concerns stock management.
• Ensure proper records (both system and documented guide) are kept for all inventory items.
• Authorize GRN for all clients’ bills.
• Ensure of all Position orders and vehicle servicing & maintenance / repairs work orders into Instanta.
• Ensure proper brand identity of new inventory of Tyres for relieve of recognition, settlement & responsibility.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping of all stock items received and issued and carry out periodic balance check of the Stocks (Tyres, Spare Parts, and Lubricants) accounts.
• Preserve and oversee tyre stock for first expire first out.
• Ensure old parts are returned before collecting new parts.
• Ensure accurate reservation of all accounting entries concerning inventories in transport processes.
• Offering of precise, dependable, and prompt financial statements that will help management in efficient organizing and strategic judgment.
• Ensure used part are return to the scrap bin and documented within the infrastructure.
• Making ad of all scrap items after closing sales board decision
• Taking potential proposers to see the scrap items.
• Analysing the provided offers.
• Ensure sale advise letters are divided with the winning proposer.
• Ensure payment and removal of scraps by proposer.
• Ensure the scrap zone is kept neat always.

Credentials Necessary

Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Accounting, Business Management, or any other associated discipline.
