Position Overview

We’re seeking an skilled Commercial manager with in-depth understanding in FX sales, a robust network within Nigeria’s financial ecosystem, and the capability to lead high-value financial record. The preferred applicant will head a business development team, grow corporate income base, and establish connections that convert into multi-million-dollar FX agreements.

Primary duties

• Lead the purchase of high-volume FX customers across Nigeria (corporate and high-net-worth individuals).
• Leverage current industry connections (banks, corporates, importers, exporters) to close multi-million-dollar financial record.
• Head and oversee a team of sales senior leaders — mentoring, analyzing effectiveness, and setting income targets.
• Design and implement sales plans for scaling customer purchase and FX volume.
• Work alongside adherence, processes, and cross-functional teams to supply smooth customer experiences.
• Observe industry trends and rival activity to recognize new commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ expertise in FX sales, B2B financial solutions, or treasury-associated positions.
• Demonstrable track document of coordinating high-value FX financial record (in the millions of USD).
• Robust project sample of customers in industries that rely heavily on FX (international trade, technology, FMCG, production operations, etc.).
• Prior expertise in banks, fintechs, or authorized FX companies is a key advantage.
• Outstanding executive guidance, bargain, and connection leadership abilities.
• Skilled in CRM resources and status updates dashboards.
