Business operations manager at ResQ-X Limited in Ajah, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient Business operations manager to supervise the daily running of our fuel business. The preferred candidate will ensure smooth processes across stock, storage, allocation, and in-store initiatives, while pushing effectiveness, adherence, and profit margin.

Primary duties

• Oversee fuel stock, logistics, and fleet processes.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and ecological (HSE) guidelines.
• Head and motivate processes employees.
• Work alongside vendors and suppliers to preserve a dependable stock chain.
• Execute cost-regulatory actions and lead business enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Process management, Stock Chain, Engineering, or relevant field.
• At least 4 years’ expertise in processes, ideally in the fuel, petroleum sector, or energy sector.
• Solid understanding of fuel allocation, Health, safety, and environment adherence, and process optimization.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and analytical abilities.
• Only applicants residing in around Ajah axis will be assessed.
