Role Profile
A communications specialist with demonstrated expertise in multi-channel communications (radio, TV, print, and digital) for support and participant relation. Proficient in shaping policymakers, compelling the public, and coordinating digital channels to improve corporate visibility.
Brand communications:
- Act as the company’s spokesperson at interviews, press professional forums, and public events. - Handle questions from the media and public (emails, calls, etc.).
- Oversee and grow PSHAN’s social platforms accounts.
- Refine and modify marketing assets and publications (articles, expert influence, healthcare analysis, support).
- Organize and dispatch press releases and demonstrations.
- Arrange Public relations events and actively recognize collaboration/sponsorship avenues to assist the Membership and Strategic collaborations department.
Digital Assets:
- Design and preserve a corporate website in sync with PSHAN’s organizational approach.
- Issue and archive marketing assets and corporate records.
- Oversee internal communications and preserve the digital library (files, records, design frameworks).
- Regulate entry to digital assets and guarantee alignment to corporate rules.
- Lead enhancements in automatic control and digitization.

Credentials & Expertise
- Bsc in Communications, Brand communications, Journalism, Promotion, or associated fields (MSC is a plus).
- 7–10 years’ expertise in brand communications, Public relations, or support (health, non-profit, or development sector preferred).
- Documented performance of successful information exchange and support marketing.
- Robust digital communications competencies (website, social platforms, content generation).
- Outstanding drafting, editing, and public speaking competencies.
- Expertise in team lead and participant relation.
