Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled and adaptable Service Facility manager to supervise the daily processes of our serviced apartments in Osogbo.

Duties

• Oversee the routine running of the apartments.
• Oversee employees and ensure outstanding visitor expertise.
• Manage appointments, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Ensure cleanliness, servicing & maintenance, and safety guidelines are fulfilled.
• Keep records of expenditures, occupancy, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have applicable credentials.
• Demonstrated expertise in hotel management, facility management, or a similar position.
• Must possess a strong customer base base and the capability to lead occupancy.
• Must possess robust digital promotion competencies.
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and planning abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and manage various duty.
• Must be based in or open to relocation to Osogbo.
