Processes Manager at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion in Awka, Anambra

Position Overview

We are recruiting for the role of Processes Manager in Awka, Anambra State. This position includes monitoring generation initiatives and making sure process effectiveness.

Duties

• Oversee generation initiatives during allocated changes.
• Track and regulate manufacturing workflows to optimize effectiveness and meet generation targets.
• Distribute daily update with the executive team on generation indicators, downtimes and effectiveness during his change.
• Coordinate smooth transition between generation processes during change modifications
• Ensure generation result is regular quality benchmarks.
• Preserve generation recordkeeping and supervise tools process and servicing & maintenance.
• Oversee and organize the work of generation workers.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation rules and compliance obligations.
• Ensure adequate manpower planning and development to assist ongoing generation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of production operations expertise with technical profile.
• Meticulousness, critical thinking, and computer literacy.
• Competence in Excel for creating prompt documentation.
• Clear communication competencies and capability to operate night changes.
• Outstanding crisis management and adjustment competencies.
• Adaptive schedule to operate day or night changes in a dynamic environment.
