Servicing & maintenance Manager at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion in Awka, Anambra

Position Overview

We're recruiting a Servicing & maintenance Manager in Awka, Anambra State, to productively timetable, supervise and oversee machine servicing & maintenance, and ensure the smooth process of manufacturing workflows.

Primary duties

• Oversee and supervise servicing & maintenance initiatives for all machinery and tools on the shop floor.
• Make sure that all machinery is operating productively and safely, carrying out consistent inspections and diagnostics.
• Formulate and execute preventive servicing & maintenance plans for machines and molds to reduce unexpected breakdowns and downtimes.
• Head diagnosing issues endeavors and organize repairs for machine concerns.
• Preserve thorough records of all servicing & maintenance initiatives, which includes work orders, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaborate with generation teams to guarantee molds and machines meet generation needs and quality benchmarks.
• Guarantee adherence with safety rules and organisation rules in all servicing & maintenance initiatives.
• Track and oversee the stock of spare parts and materials needed for machine servicing & maintenance.
• Organize and send consistent documentation on machine system failure, effectiveness, servicing & maintenance plans, servicing & maintenance methods, and any concerns encountered.

Competencies and Credentials

• At least Technical Academic qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Servicing & maintenance, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise as a servicing & maintenance manager, or in a similar position in a production operations environment.
• Solid understanding of machine servicing & maintenance, and fix methods.
• Outstanding issue resolution and diagnosing issues competencies.
• Robust corporate and schedule control competencies.
• Clear communication and executive guidance abilities.
• Meticulousness and capability to preserve precise records.
• Capability to operate well under pressure and oversee various duty at the same time.
