Position Overview

We are at present looking for a Melting Processes Manager with previous expertise in melting of metals, ideally aluminium. The Melting Processes Manager is to supervise the critical methods of melting aluminum, making sure high-standard result, productive processes, and compliance to safety and ecological guidelines.

Primary duties

• Supervise all melting processes to guarantee effectiveness, safety and quality.
• Ensure the accurate quantity of melting materials is used to generate premium quality billets.
• Track the usage rate of melting materials and alloys, preserving precise records.
• Oversee the melting of scrap materials to meet generation qualifications.
• Ensure melting ovens and tools are well-preserved.
• Execute safety procedures during all melting methods to reduce risks.
• Educate the melting team on industry standards for aluminum melting processes.
• Diagnose issues and settle any concerns that arise during the melting process to prevent setbacks.
• Evaluate generation data to recognize ways to enhance effectiveness and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the organizing and stock teams to guarantee adequate billet stock.
• Organize and show documentation on melting initiatives, material usage, and tools effectiveness for executive review.
• Guarantee adherence with industry guidelines connected with the melting process.

Competencies and Credentials

• Expertise in melting of aluminum or other metals is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of expertise in a leadership or executive function.
• Comprehension of melting methods, rate usage, and tools servicing & maintenance.
• Diagnosing issues and analytical abilities.
• Capability to interpret data using Excel spreadsheet software
• Robust corporate and time-leadership abilities.
• Competence in generation and stock management software is a plus.
