Exerienced Personnel Manager at a Pan-African IT Solutions Company - Stretch-It Concepts Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

The Human resources Manager will be in charge of pushing Human resources plan, monitoring recruitment, coordinating staff productivity, wage processing management, and making sure adherence with Human resources rules and work legal provisions. The preferred candidate should have at least 7 years of progressive Human resources expertise and a established history of executing Human resources industry standards in a agile, dynamic company.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement Human resources plans that assist business targets.
• Head staff planning, hiring process, and selection to draw in high performer.
• Oversee comprehensive wage processing processing and ensure precision and adherence.
• Execute results tracking operational structures that lead employee productivity and development.
• Formulate, modify, and ensure adherence to Human resources rules, standardized processes, and employee handbooks.
• Supervise workplace engagement, dispute settlement, and disciplinary standardized processes.
• Design and execute development and development programs to build employee capacity.
• Oversee remuneration and perks framework, making sure attractiveness and equity.
• Guarantee adherence with work legal provisions, workplace safety and wellness rules, and organisation rules.
• Offer Human resources data analysis and documentation to assist strategic judgment at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bsc in HR, Business Management, or relevant field (MSC or Master of business administration is a plus).
• At least 7 years’ Human resources leadership background (expertise in an IT initiatives organisation is a plus).
• ACIPM, SPHRi or GPHR.
• Solid understanding of Human resources plan, results tracking, wage processing management, and hiring process.
• Outstanding comprehension of work legal provisions and Human resources industry standards.
• Demonstrated expertise conceptualizing Human resources rules and pushing structural transformation.
• Effective guidance, interpersonal, and verbal abilities.
• Capability to operate strategically and manage various key focuses in a dynamic environment.
• Competence in HRIS and MS Workspace resources.
