Communications Manager at a Facility Management firm - Khadasha Innovations Africa in Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for to employ a Communications Manager with robust corporate identity plan and copywriting proficiency. This individual will lead the customer’s within and outside the organization communications, strengthen the corporate identity, and ensure regular narrative creation that resonates across corporate, industrial, and healthcare target groups.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute a complete communications plan in sync with FM and tech sales targets.
• Craft corporate identity positioning, communication tone frameworks, and value propositions for multifaceted customer segments.
• Compose and refine premium quality content (press releases, proposals, case studies, bulletins, speeches, brochures).
• Supervise internal communications and strengthen employee relation.
• Oversee media relations and organize press kits.
• Assist tender entries with captivating narrative creation and copy.
• Ensure corporate identity uniformity through all platforms and channels.
• Track information exchange performance and modify plans as appropriate.

KPIs

• Growth in positive media coverage and corporate identity visibility.
• More resilient proposal results through better information exchange.
• Employee relation and internal information exchange scores.
• Regular corporate identity voice across all results.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications, Public relations, Journalism, Promotion, or relevant field.
• 6+ years of communications/corporate identity leadership background, ideally in B2B solutions or facility management.
• Proven copywriting and narrative creation proficiency.
• Robust corporate identity planning process profile.
• Capability to simplify technical/FM notions into influential messages.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and media relation competencies.
