Territory Commercial manager at PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc in Kebbi

Position Objective

Collaborate with the Distributor/Distributor business development team to supply accepted business targets within allocated territory.

Circumstance / Scope:

A key participant to the success of the PZ Cussons business-related business roadmap with an efficient and adaptable site sales force; presenting industry executive guidance in both volume pushing & corporate identity building activity.

Key Accountabilities:

• Accomplish accepted business targets/KPIs for the territory (Sell-out, Concentration Brands, NPD listing, POP deploying, campaigns etc.)
• Execute outlet coverage plan in allocated territory, enlist and keep current DB of applicable outlets.
• Accomplish sales drivers (Quality, Allocation, Visibility, Price/advancement) targets for the territory.
• Oversee and evaluate the initiatives of the Secondary Sales Force in allocated territory
• Collaborate with Zone Commercial manager to formulate Joint Business Strategy of clients in allocated territory.
• Track and oversee implementation of all Advertising /initiate/ agencies initiatives in allocated territory.
• Head Market intelligence collecting and rival activity supervising and documentation prompt.
