About the Position

We are looking for a initiative-driven and compelling Community engagement manager to formulate, grow, and develop our online and offline networks. The preferred candidate will serve as the bridge between our corporate identity and our audience, making sure that members feel heard, valued, and linked.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute public involvement plans that encourage development, commitment, and positive engagements.
• Track, moderate, and address group members across social platforms channels, forums, and other online spaces.
• Produce and oversee compelling content tailored to group needs and interests.
• Collect input, track sentiment, and distribute findings with internal teams to enhance goods, solutions, and information exchange.
• Work alongside promotion, content, and cross-functional teams to align group programs with corporate identity targets.
• Oversee crisis information exchange and settle clashes inside the group in a prompt, empathetic manner.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Communications, Promotion, Brand communications, or relevant field (or equivalent expertise).
• Demonstrated expertise as a Community engagement manager or similar position.
• Clear expression and people skills, with the capability to participate authentically.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms channels, data analysis resources, and group management software.
• Innovative mind with outstanding content skilled in writing.

Preferred Competencies:

• Expertise with member-led channels (Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram).
• Profile in client assistance, Public relations, or social platforms management.
• Expertise in WordPress, SEO and digital promotion plans.
• Enthusiasm for building meaningful linkages and assisting a vibrant group.
