About the Position

The Resident Manager, project – External position in Lagos includes managing assets for project organizing and implementation, interacting with clients, and coordinating connections with teammates.

Your Duties

• Organize within and outside the organization assets for the smooth organizing and implementation of projects. This comprises elucidating and advising with clients on targets and qualifications to offer technical initiatives.
• In charge of supervising achievements and compliance to financial plans and plans, commencing actions to reduce non-conformance expenses and producing and preserving complete project records
• Oversee connection with clients and all within and outside the organization project participants
• Execute ongoing risk mitigation strategy during projects to recognize and minimize risks
• Guarantee alignment to PM guidelines and Business Carry out Standard procedures (e.g. Tax rules, Export Regulate, Environmental health and safety)
• The role requires the Resident Manager, project to operate in the client site in Lagos.
• The Resident Manager, project will be in charge of material; position & outage organizing initiatives connected with the scope of the agreement.
• He / She will be necessary to assist the Implementation Team in management of spares, resources, and consumables for standard procedure, organized, corrective work and unscheduled outages.
• Comprehends Organisation process for outage organizing and capability to lead adherence with outage organizing achievements.

Your Profile

• 3 – 5 years Project coordination expertise
• PMP or Prince2 accreditation is a requirement
• Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies
• Business judgment to be competent and ready to report to higher support tier concerns when necessary.
• Must be results driven, cozy operating in multicultural teams, and skilled in coordinating various duty.
