Position Overview

The Mobility manager is in charge of making sure the productive, safe, and cost-efficient process of all vehicles, forklifts, and associated tools. The position manages preventive servicing & maintenance, repairs, and adherence with safety, ecological, and compliance guidelines. It requires robust concentration on reliability, fuel effectiveness, tyre and lubricant management, and the efficient use of Enterprise platform planning and electronic supervising operational structures. The Mobility manager will also lead compliance, audit preparedness, and green fleet programs while top technicians and drivers to supply strong results, safety, and responsibility across all fleet initiatives.

Duties

• Preserve 90%+ accessibility of vehicles and forklifts.
• Execute preventive servicing & maintenance, preventive diagnostics to avoid breakdowns and reliability tracking.
• Organize setback evaluations and requirement documentation for prompt authorizations.
• Oversee workshop resources, tools accreditation, and ensure adherence to 5S guidelines.
• Oversee hot work, welding, and refurbishment initiatives while observing safe work standardized processes.
• Ensure monitoring on all technicians to guarantee adherence with PPEs and ecological protection qualifications.
• Productively track aggregate effectiveness and lubricant usage.
• Track fuel effectiveness through initiative-driven assessments and the use of an electronic fuel management system.
• Ensure capability of electronic devices (speed limiters, telematics, aspiration operational structures).
• Manage the yearly fleet financial plan productively.
• Supervise tyre management to attain the lowest cost per kilometre.
• Ensure adherence to corporate SOPs and the organization’s rules at the plant level.
• Ensure government and ecological rule adherence to prevent business disruptions.
• Preserve audit preparedness and compliance across all fleet initiatives.
• Assist driver hiring process, development, and assessment.
• Recognize and handle development needs for workshop employees.
• Guarantee alignment to binding performance threshold accord and office responsibility qualifications.
• Use Enterprise platform planning operational structures to collect and evaluate routine fleet activity.
• Execute green fleet programs in sync with Coca-Cola Hellenic’s net zero targets.
• Head accident inquiries, system failure recovery, and coverage processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural (FPM) Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ expertise as a Mobility manager or Fleet Expert.
• Cognate expertise in the technical capability and servicing & maintenance of PMS, AGO, and gas-driven vehicles.
• Skilled expertise in MS Workspace, SAP, or any known Enterprise platform planning bundles and online platforms.
• Practical expertise in welding, fabrication, and assembly of vehicles and semi-trailers is a plus.
• Capability to pay attention to description and possession of an creative mentality.
• He or she must have outstanding interpersonal and management abilities.
• Proficient in fleet cost evaluation, workshop management, special service resources, and expertise in vehicle spare parts.
• Fleet Safety qualifications by identified bodies.
• Must comprehend the installation, servicing & maintenance, and use of telemetry devices and applications.
