Duties

Allocation set up - The incumbent will be in charge of designing the Beat strategies for the distributor(s) for his/her territory in meeting with his/her Regional Commercial manager to guarantee most effective coverage of the market. Distributor’s structure – As part of assigning distributors, the incumbent will be in charge of getting the applicable structure on board, being the items listed – Allocation units, Warehouse, Beat strategize Salesmen, Distributor’s finance. Distributor’s Management – For a long-term productive effectiveness, track distributors’ efficiencies and make sure that all distributor associated concerns are prompt tracked and handled. ROI Supervising and status updates. Management information system (MIS) – To guarantee accurate tracking of business, the Territory Commercial manager will be necessary to preserve all the MIS for his/her territory and documentation same to chief workspace and the Regional Commercial manager periodically as accepted. Sales goal – The incumbent will be in charge of delivering the sales goal as set by the Sales Chief for his/her territory and will head the process for further breaking down the territory sales goal to channels and beats. Both primary and secondary revenue goals will be the duty of the TSM. Team Management – Evaluate Sales performances of the distributor business development team and execute applicable capacity-building plans for upgraded effectiveness. Market intelligence – Warn to contest initiatives in his/her territory in term of trade and buyer campaigns, trade launches, buyer and trade activations, NPD launches etc. and documentation same on time to his/her Regional Commercial manager and Chief of Sales as appropriate.
