Position Explanation

Manages aftersales service processes, supervises servicing & maintenance teams, ensures client fulfillment, and aids technical and financial methods to meet service guidelines

Duties

• Execute operational plan inside the section to guarantee vertical and horizontal alignment across Jubaili departments.
• Oversee routine initiatives, build teamwork, and streamline methods to meet effectiveness targets.
• Arrange work plans based on client zones and importance to guarantee generator uptime.
• Head on-site inspections, fault diagnosis, design modifications, and customer visits to settle concerns and improve service dispatch.
• Organize pricing, BOQs, and outstanding invoices to guarantee precise invoicing and prompt account closure.
• Evaluate servicing & maintenance documentation to recognize practices, setbacks, and agreement renewals; coordinate with technical teams on key concerns.
• Handle customer needs and service issues with prompt client engagement and successful outcome.

Credentials

• Tertiary institution or Technical academic qualification in Mechanics or Electric Engineering (Bachelor's degree, bachelor's in engineering, Higher national diploma etc)
• Professional certification: NSE, COREN
• At least 5 to 10 years’ expertise in a similar position.
• 5 years of which in a leadership position.
