Job Description

Regulate project from begin to finish to guarantee premium quality, creative and operational design.
Collaborate with customers to decide qualifications for building projects.
Formulate starting estimates on framework expenses, building time and special qualifications.
Carry out on-site visits and assessment to track building advancement and quality.
Organize thorough drawings showing both the appearance and interior framework of a building project. eg. Plumbing, Ventilating System, Electrical System, etc.
Direct employees during the formation of project drawings, studies and financial plans.
Make sure that all works are carried out to specific guidelines, building codes, standard procedures and rules.
Adhere with safety guidelines and local organizing rules.
Follow architectural practices and improvement.

Applicant must have a Bsc in Architecture or any other associated course.
A minimum of 3-5years of work expertise as an architect with a expertise on high rise buildings.
Sound expertise in Office productivity software applications especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Skilled in the use of AUTOCAD and other computer aided program.
Applicant is anticipated to be knowledgeable about business Health, safety, and environment assist for all initiatives.
Robust logical, information exchange and computer competencies.
