Facility Servicing & maintenance Manager at Abodes Lagos in Lagos Island, Lagos

Position Overview

• The Facility Servicing & maintenance Manager is in charge of making sure the quick and on-time settlement of all facility servicing & maintenance concerns across Abodes Lagos’ handled properties.
• This comprises, but is not limited to, managing all servicing & maintenance concerns which includes plumbing, carpentry, electrical, TV and Internet Subscription concerns, etc.
• The preferred candidate must show proactiveness, sensitivity to time-bound duty, and outstanding vendor leadership abilities.

Crisis-management:

Serve as the first point of reach out for all crisis servicing & maintenance needs. Formulate and execute quick-response procedures for immediate concerns.

Business Monitoring:

• Track facility terms to recognize promise concerns before they arise.
• Coordinate with Housekeepers to promptly spot and settle servicing & maintenance concerns.
• Produce payment requisitions for servicing & maintenance and fix processes
• Guarantee adherence with safety and business guidelines across all apartments.
• Endorse cost-efficient initiatives for servicing & maintenance processes.

At least Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have a Bsc
• 2 - 4 years of expertise in hotel management (shortlet, hotel, or facility) servicing & maintenance management.
• Proactiveness, robust planning abilities, and sensitivity to time-bound concerns.
• Understanding with servicing & maintenance methods, vendor procurement, and problem solving.
• Capability to operate under pressure,
• Outstanding issue resolution and dispute settlement competencies.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Robust persuasion abilities
• Technology-savvy and skilled in Google Workspace and/or Office productivity software.
