Primary duties

• Team Management: Oversee, mentor, and train a team of entry-level accounting officer and bookkeepers.
• Finance reporting: Organize, evaluate, and ensure the precision of balance sheet and income statement, making sure prompt and conforming status updates to top level management.
• End of month & End of year Close: Supervise and oversee the sophisticated methods of end of month and end of year financial closes.
• Adherence: Verify that every accounting initiatives adhere with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), applicable rules, and organizational guidelines.
• Workflow optimization: Formulate and execute accounting standardized processes, internal regulates, and rules to improve effectiveness and precision.
• Ledger review: Supervise the settlement of general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Financial planning & Predicting: Help in the project setup and supervising of financial plans and financial projections.
• Audit Synchronization: Coordinate with within and outside the organization auditors, offering necessary financial information and recordkeeping.
• Financial Evaluation: Evaluate accounting data to recognize practices, evaluate financial health, and assist strategic strategic judgment.
